Our golden Guernsey Butter is nothing but cream and salt. Enjoy the real flavor of butter enhanced by either mineral salt or sea salt. Our butter is customizable to your specific needs (salt or no salt, mineral salt or sea salt) and can be molded into either sticks with tablespoon line indications or full weight shaped blocks. We also now offer a 1 lb. tub option. Please leave a note in your order with your preferred choice.
TIP! Butter is kept the freshest and longest when stored in the fridge, but may be left out on the counter in a butter dish to soften. If left with out refrigeration expect butter flavor to intensify as natural fermentation takes place.
